Backup & Recovery Policy

Zerix performs automated daily backups of all production databases, retained for 30 days. Backups are encrypted, versioned, and stored within AWS (EU region).

Recovery Objectives:

• RPO (Recovery Point Objective): 24 hours.
• RTO (Recovery Time Objective): 4 hours for critical services.

All backups are periodically tested for integrity and restoration capability to ensure data resilience in the event of service disruption or loss.
