Zerix has measures in place to ensure continued service availability in the event of disruption.

Key measures:

  • Cloud-hosted infrastructure on AWS with high-availability zones.
  • Daily backups with 30-day retention.
  • Incident management and rapid failover to standby services where possible.
  • Regular testing of recovery procedures.

In the event of extended downtime, customers are notified within 4 hours, and updates are provided throughout the incident until service is fully restored.
