Data Retention & Deletion Policy

Zerix retains customer data only for as long as required to provide services or meet legal obligations.

• Data is deleted within 30 days of contract termination unless otherwise requested or legally required.
• Backup data is purged automatically after the 30-day retention window.
• Users can request early deletion of their data by emailing security@zerix.co.uk.

All deletion actions are logged and verified for compliance.
