Upload a certificate, RAMS, inspection report or technical document. The Assistant reads the content, extracts structured data and links it to the right asset, building and compliance category.
Regulatory reference
Cross-references uploaded content against UK statutory regimes including BS 7671, LOLER, PSSR, COSHH, gas safety and fire safety regulations. References the source clause, not just the rule.
Risk prioritisation
Flags risks by impact and urgency. C1/C2 electrical observations, expired statutory inspections and missing evidence surfaced before they become enforcement issues.
Conversational queries
