How Zerix collects, uses and protects personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Zerix collects only the information necessary to provide, secure and improve the service. We do not collect or store unnecessary personal data.
We collect
- Account information (name, email, company).
- Usage data and system logs for performance and security.
- Uploaded compliance documents and site data (which remain owned by the client).
We use this data to
- Provide secure user access to the Zerix platform.
- Deliver system updates, support and compliance reporting.
- Improve functionality and reliability through anonymised analytics.
All data is processed in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR.
Clients can request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data at any time by contacting privacy@zerix.co.uk.
Zerix does not sell, rent or trade user data with third parties. Where we use trusted partners for hosting and infrastructure, these providers operate under strict contractual and security controls consistent with UK and EU data protection requirements. Named sub-processors are disclosed to commercial customers under NDA in the Data Processing Addendum.
