Backup & Recovery Policy

How Zerix backs up production data, where backups are stored, and the recovery objectives the service is engineered against.

Zerix performs automated daily backups of all production databases, retained for 30 days. Backups are encrypted, versioned and stored on enterprise-grade managed cloud infrastructure within the EU region.

Recovery objectives

  • RPO (Recovery Point Objective): 24 hours.
  • RTO (Recovery Time Objective): 4 hours for critical services.

All backups are periodically tested for integrity and restoration capability to ensure data resilience in the event of service disruption or loss.
