Zerix maintains customer data exclusively during the period necessary to deliver services or satisfy regulatory requirements.

• Customer information is removed within 30 days of contract termination unless otherwise requested or legally required.
• Backup information undergoes automatic purging following the 30-day retention period.
• Early removal of personal information can be requested by contacting security@zerix.co.uk.
• All removal processes are documented and reviewed for regulatory compliance.
